To rent a vehicle with 911 Rent A Car, customers must provide a valid passport or Emirates ID and a valid driving license (international driving permit required for tourists).

A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the selected vehicle. Selected cars are available under our no-deposit rental option.

Our standard daily mileage limit is 250 km. Additional kilometers will be charged based on the vehicle category selected.

Drivers must strictly follow UAE traffic regulations. Overspeeding or violating traffic laws is not permitted and fines will be the renter’s responsibility.

Any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter.

In case of minor or major damage, the renter will be liable to pay the damage cost and if declared a write-off due to accident, misuse, or negligence), the renter will be fully liable for the entire value of the vehicle, along with any associated costs, including loss of use and administrative charges.

However, if the renter is not at fault, a valid green police report from Dubai Police must be obtained. In such cases, no charges will be applied to the renter, and all damages will be covered through the liable party’s insurance.

All incidents must be reported immediately with a valid police report. Failure to do so may result in full liability being imposed.

Off-road driving, desert driving, track racing, and smoking inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. Vehicles must be operated only within the UAE borders unless prior approval is obtained.
